ARE YOU INTERESTED IN MAKING VIDEOS?

Pickaway WORKS has a real world opportunity for you! We are looking for high school students to assist with video projects that highlight local businesses. This is a unique opportunity to see what it is like to collaborate in a team (both in-person and virtually) gaining real world skills and building your resume with experiences in videography, editing, and interviewing local employers.

In addition, this offers a networking opportunity with working professionals, learning more about their work while working alongside them to develop business highlight videos. This experience will definitely influence your future career path!

Are you interested in exploring some education and career options AND earn volunteer and service hours at the same time?

There are multiple ways to join us in our work. Select how you would like to get involved and we will contact you with more details and information.
- Host a business tour for teachers at your facility
- Host a business tour for students at your facility
- Partner with a classroom teacher on problem scenarios and allow students to solve
- Host a student in a job shadow or internship experience, various levels of interaction
- Speak to students about your industry and career path in a classroom/career day event
- Participate as a mock interviewer at a boot camp event
- Allow a student led video crew to create a spotlight video at your facility
- Represent your business at Pickaway County College & Career Night in September
- Volunteer at a Real Money Real World simulation
