Business and community partners volunteer as mock interviewers to provide helpful feedback and give students valuable practice in the interviewing process. This is a major benefit to students as they prepare for their next steps in life, whether that be direct to the workforce, off to college or military, or a combination of these.  Mock interviewers are provided with sample interview questions and a scoring rubric, but may rely on their own professional interview experience to guide them.
